Waller obtains successful dismissal of client in Wrongful Death Action

Plaintiffs filed a Wrongful death case in state court in Macon County, Alabama, arising out of a motor vehicle collision during which Plaintiff’s decedent died from his injuries. Despite strong opposition from the Plaintiffs, Mr. Waller was successfully able to remove the wrongful death action to Federal Court, where it remained pending. The Federal Court later dismissed Mr. Waller’s client and dismissed the entirety of Plaintiffs’ claims.
