The Circuit Court of Bullock County entered a defense verdict in a workers’ compensation case in favor of Ball Ball’s client. Hope Hicks defended the action and following the trial of the case Judge Burt Smithart found that the plaintiff who was employed by Ball Ball’s client did not suffer any compensable injury.
