Attorneys Gerald Swann and Miland Simpler, along with third year law school intern Hayes Ellett, were recently published in the Spring Alabama Defense Lawyers Journal, Vol. 35, analyzing the American Law Institute’s Restatement of Liability Insurance. The article focuses upon the numerous criticisms of the ALI work and its inconsistencies with established Alabama insurance law.
