Attorneys McCarthy & Heinz Elected as District Directors of ADLA

Ball Ball Partners Megan McCarthy and Ben Heinz were recently elected as District Directors of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA).

ADLA's officers and directors volunteer to keep ADLA members engaged and on top of all changes within the administration of justice. Attorney Megan McCarthy was elected to District III, and attorney Ben Heinz was elected to District IV.

Megan McCarthy is a partner in the Montgomery office. She primarily handles litigation in the areas of auto accident defense, insurance defense, insurance bad faith, construction law, and personal injury defense. Megan also handles insurance coverage issues that arise before and after a lawsuit is filed.

Ben Heinz has spent his legal career handling complex lawsuits involving medical liability, construction defects, business and construction disputes, personal injury claims, and insurance coverage questions throughout Alabama and Mississippi.
