Attorney Chris Waller Obtains Not Guilty Verdict for Client by Board of Dental Examiners

In November, attorney Chris Waller obtained a not guilty verdict for a client by the Board of Dental Examiners after trial. Chris’s client was a prosthodontist who was fully exonerated of all charges.

Chris Waller is a partner in the Montgomery office and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Chris practices with an emphasis on business litigation and insurance defense litigation.

He also frequently defends licensees and respondents against administrative complaints and in administrative hearings throughout the state of Alabama.
