Biography
John Marsh is a partner in the Montgomery office. He practices in the areas of business litigation, education/employment law, medical malpractice defense, products liability, and general civil litigation.
John has also handled landlord/tenant disputes, both residential and commercial, and defended governmental entities and law enforcement agencies. He is admitted to practice in all state and Federal District courts in Alabama as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. John is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute, and formerly served as a board member on the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers' Section.
He is a native of Enterprise, Alabama, and received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama in 2004, where he served as president of Sigma Nu Fraternity and was selected to be a member of Jasons Men’s Honor Society. He then attended the University of Alabama School of Law, where he received his J.D., in 2007.
John serves locally on the Montgomery YMCA Boy’s Work Committee and enjoys turkey hunting, playing golf, traveling, and cooking when not practicing law.
