Courtney A. Huggins

Courtney Huggins is an associate in the Mobile office and practices in the areas of auto accident defense, construction law, insurance defense, personal injury defense, and premises liability defense. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Baldwin County Bar Association, and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. 

Courtney graduated from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University, where she was a member of Jones’ Law Review Board and an executive member of the Student Bar Association. She also served as a Dean Fellow, focusing on overall management and planning for the academic calendar. Prior to attending law school, Courtney graduated magna cum laude from Troy University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism. While at Troy, she was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority.

Prior to joining the firm, Courtney was defense counsel for an automobile insurance carrier for several years, and she also served as a prosecutor for the 23rd Judicial Circuit. Courtney is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Baldwin County Bar Association, and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.

Courtney lives in Spanish Fort with her husband, Preston Huggins, their two sons, and labrador retriever. They are members of 3Circle Church. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time on the Gulf Coast beaches, and watching her boys play baseball.
